Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum systems, and bio-integrated tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and geopolitical shifts to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, TED Talks, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic technology planning experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products or platforms with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex multi-variable scenarios across 5-10 year horizons
- Executive presence with experience advising C-level leadership on technology strategy and innovation governance
- Published author or thought leader in technology futures, with demonstrated influence in academic or industry circles
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (scenario planning, Delphi methods, technology roadmapping)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
