- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology horizons, including AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Develop and implement future-proof technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and market disruptors to identify first-mover advantages
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
