As a key member of our Executive Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to identify disruptive trends, develop long-term tech adoption strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in executing future-ready solutions. You'll represent our company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on paradigm-shifting technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for real-world deployment
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and investor pitches
- Manage innovation incubators focused on 2030-ready technologies
- Author industry whitepapers and represent Innovatech at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or Futurology
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFTe)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
