Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) relevant to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into product development cycles
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for long-term business resilience
- Publish thought leadership on technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work in tech foresight or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
