- Build and lead a dedicated innovation incubator team
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
