Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) to map 2026+ innovation trajectories
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and investor briefings
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record predicting tech disruptions (portfolio of published forecasts)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neurotechnology, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in tech ethics and governance
