Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive innovations
- Partner with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 100 CTOs
- Manage $5M innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
- Mentor Gen Z talent in emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ at director level in Fortune 500
- Published white papers on quantum/AI convergence or climate tech
- Proven experience building ethical AI frameworks for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in neurotech, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
