Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends impacting 2026-2030 landscape (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive tech paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advocate for ethical tech frameworks in innovation processes
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight preferred
