Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neural network architecture
- Proven track record of publishing industry foresight reports
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
