- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Lead ideation workshops with C-suite executives and Nobel Prize-winning advisors
- Author white papers and policy briefs for G7 tech summits
- Manage a $5M annual innovation fund for prototype development
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'FutureSight' training program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 100 impact
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals or MIT Tech Review
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercializations
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
