Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, AGI)
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging technology domains
- Mentor innovation lab researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SIFT, Delphi method)
