Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AGI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of published future-tech analyses or patents
