Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability through market research and competitive intelligence
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and innovation opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research consortia
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing technology adoption
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable and ethical technology deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or technology foresight projects
