Responsibilities
- Design adaptive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum AI interfaces
- Develop preemptive bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Create ethical audit trails for AI decision-making processes using blockchain verification
- Establish governance protocols for neural-augmented human-AI collaboration
- Author whitepapers on ethical implications of emergent AI capabilities
- Advise C-suite on ethical deployment of biometric-quantum hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for autonomous or quantum systems
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42000 and EU AI Act compliance architectures
- Published research on value alignment in superintelligent systems
- Proficiency in ethical AI simulation tools (e.g., Ethica, Moral Machine)
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces and neural-symbolic integration
- Deep understanding of transhumanist ethics and human-AI symbiosis
