Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in exponential technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ future-proofed products launched
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Fluency in at least one emerging technology stack
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
