Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Proven track record developing enterprise roadmaps for 2025+
- Strong background in human-centered design and systems thinking
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
