Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning closely with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) to gain a sustainable competitive edge.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into core product lines.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, investors, and board members.
- Establish partnerships with key technology providers and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise and understanding of AI/ML, data science, and future tech ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
