Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Roadmap aligned with the company’s 2026 business objectives and market demands.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure seamless adoption of future tech.
- Assess risks associated with emerging tech trends and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging tech trends (AI, Machine Learning, IoT).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable technology strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
