Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology strategy, focusing on quantum supremacy and advanced neural networks.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI researchers, quantum physicists, and software architects.
- Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and secure intellectual property for future product lines.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals and secure funding.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and represent Nexus Horizon at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, World Economic Forum).
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the development of proprietary quantum algorithms and edge computing frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of quantum gate operations, qubit error correction, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of turning theoretical research into marketable products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive innovation under pressure.
