Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Initiative, defining the long-term technical roadmap and innovation strategy.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage a high-performing R&D squad focused on proof-of-concept prototypes and next-gen product features.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into business strategy and funding requirements.
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems and leading product launches.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and generative models.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional teams toward a unified, ambitious vision.
