- Analyze chat trends to provide actionable insights for clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional chat or social media moderation experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Ability to make quick, ethical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency with moderation tools (ModSquad, Khoros, etc.)
- Deep understanding of digital platform policies (TikTok, Discord, etc.)
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
