Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations across social media and community forums
- Enforce community guidelines while maintaining positive user engagement
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, harassment, or policy violations
- Document moderation activities and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with content teams to refine community safety protocols

Qualifications
