Key Duties:

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex appointment schedules for patients and medical staff using our scheduling software.
  • Verify patient insurance information and eligibility prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Receive and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process new patient referrals and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately.

Qualifications
