Your Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Log all interactions and resolutions into the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new system features to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Must reside in New York or Ohio (or be willing to relocate).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a home environment without distractions.
