Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in New Orleans and globally to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update existing software documentation and technical specifications.
- Ensure all code adheres to security best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
