- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-visual assets
- Monthly reporting with ROI insights and optimization recommendations
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with B2B/B2C campaigns
- Proven portfolio showing 100K+ follower growth for previous brands
- Expertise in social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
- Google Analytics and UTM tracking certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
