Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Lead a remote team of 4-6 marketing specialists through weekly virtual stand-ups and performance reviews
- Manage $500K+ monthly advertising budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
- Create detailed performance reports using Google Analytics, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and brand positioning initiatives
- Stay current with digital marketing innovations and implement emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing PPC budgets over $300K and achieving 20%+ ROI improvements
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong remote work experience with demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing Hub required
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
