- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex terminology issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology (certification preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and noise-canceling headphones
