- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology consistency.
- Adhere to strict client guidelines and formatting requirements.
- Manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with team leads regarding unclear audio or special instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and English grammar.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous transcription experience is a plus but not mandatory.
