- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget and cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists
- Develop intellectual property portfolio through patents and strategic partnerships
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product development or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO Academy) preferred
