- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with market trends and disruption risks
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or R&D leadership in tech/consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend forecasting
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile methodologies preferred
