Qualifications

- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIPM) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
