In this role, you will be the face of our technical support, ensuring our clients' hardware and software infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided equipment (laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs at client locations in the Albuquerque and Texas region.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings on Windows and Mac OS systems.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network improvements and security patches.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and inventory of technical tools.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and help desk ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks efficiently.
