Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide initial training on our software platform to ensure a seamless transition.
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential issues and proactively resolve technical inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Gather and document client feedback to relay product improvement suggestions to the development team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to understand client needs and drive product adoption.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce) regarding client interactions and account health.
- Contribute to the creation of self-help resources and FAQs for the client portal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a significant plus but not required.
- Must reside within the United States (San Francisco, CA area preferred).
