Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a high degree of professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues for our remote user base.
- Conduct onboarding calls to help new clients understand our platform.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on user experience.

Qualifications
