Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms for target campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers and web developers to optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt text.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to track rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Assist in off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for backlinks and managing local directory listings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the digital marketing industry.
- Prepare weekly reports on SEO progress and suggest actionable improvements to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts such as keyword density, backlinking, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Strong understanding of HTML and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
