Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Create comprehensive technical blueprints for the 2026 product lifecycle, integrating emerging AI and quantum-ready architectures.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) to determine feasibility for our core stack.
- System Architecture Design: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Strategic Foresight: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into actionable technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
