You will be responsible for the architectural blueprints that power our most critical products, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale AI systems designed for the 2026 infrastructure landscape.
- Research & Development: Lead cutting-edge research in transformer models, neuromorphic computing, and edge AI deployment strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists in best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to reduce latency and maximize computational efficiency across distributed networks.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in AI infrastructure early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of deploying production-ready AI solutions that solve complex real-world problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing: A strong intuition for emerging trends in AI and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
