Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural roadmap for the 2026 Horizon AI platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering and AI deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
