Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. At Chronos Future Labs, we are not just keeping up with the future; we are defining it. We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our 'Horizon Initiative,' a project designed to integrate cutting-edge predictive algorithms into our core ecosystem.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI potential and practical, scalable implementation. You will be responsible for architecting systems that are resilient, ethical, and capable of handling the complexities of the 2026 market landscape. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI and Quantum-ready infrastructure, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the R&D team in developing next-generation predictive models and data processing pipelines.
- Define technical strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision for the year 2026.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems are compliant with emerging data privacy and AI ethics regulations.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) for future integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience building systems that handle high-volume data streams with low latency.
- Strong background in Python, C++, or Rust, with a preference for high-performance computing languages.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
