Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI architectures for our 2026 roadmap, integrating quantum computing principles with classical ML pipelines.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics and generative models.
- Establish best practices for code quality, scalability, and security within the AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in neural networks, NLP, and edge computing to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI) principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
