Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing AI workflows.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search and transfer learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
