Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and trends that will define the next decade of machine learning.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures capable of handling massive data loads.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Work closely with research teams to deploy state-of-the-art models (LLMs, Transformers) into production environments, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP/Computer Vision frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized deployments.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and drive cross-functional collaboration.
