Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster innovation.
- Oversee system integration and deployment in cloud environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI engineering.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and NLP.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
