Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security compliance in all system designs.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying complex AI systems in a production environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-availability solutions.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
