Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of supporting the complex demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the lifecycle of proprietary LLMs, ensuring they are optimized for accuracy, speed, and safety.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for future tech integrations, including Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI methodologies.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product leaders and stakeholders to translate cutting-edge research into actionable, commercial-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art NLP models and fine-tuning Large Language Models.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces, Neural Rendering) relevant to the 2026 era.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
