Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical vision for Project 2026, defining system boundaries, data flows, and scalability requirements.
- Oversee the development of proprietary quantum-ready machine learning models and neural networks.
- Manage a high-performing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation within the project.
- Drive the research and implementation of cutting-edge optimization techniques for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyTorch Quantum).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
