Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and frameworks for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge generative algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Guide the strategic roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and AI researchers.
- Monitor industry trends to innovate and maintain a competitive edge in the AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, and full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
