Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Proven track record in optimizing inference latency and throughput.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
