Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning models with a focus on LLMs and Transformers.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging AI technologies into our product suite.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Experience designing distributed systems and high-availability cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
